Farewell to Tarwaithe

Farewell to Tarwaithe is a traditional Scottish melody. Bill was kind enough to teach it to me and together we worked out the instrumental harmony.

Survivors of The Great Folk Scare of 1970 may remember the beautiful a cappella recording of this piece by Judy Collins on her album, Whales and Nightingales. This is where we learned the lyrics.
